The mega-trends driving growth for the plant protein segment, according to Chris Shanahan at Frost & Sullivan, include emerging markets, health & wellness, willing to pay for quality, being green, and food safety.

We assayed the show floor at Ingredient Marketplace, the raw material supplier show in Orlando, Fla., last week. Here’s a selection of ingredient suppliers that can make your finished product stand out in a world of protein love.
