5 supplements that target pain and inflammation

In 2013 alone there were more than 1,000 published studies on curcumin’s health benefits. The primary target is generalized inflammation—meaning everything from joint health and pain management to healthier blood-sugar management and cardiovascular benefits.

There are 24 ongoing studies on the effects of turmeric and curcumin.
