Meet: Vincent Kitirattragarn, founder of Dang Foods. Why: Vincent perfected a flavorful, paleo-friendly food: toasted coconut chips. Dang also has a great story, and Vincent was a runner-up in the 2014 Pitch Slam at Natural Products Expo East in Baltimore. Meet: Josh Tetrick, founder and CEO of Hampton Creek. Why: Hampton Creek is disrupting the food industry, starting with Just Mayo, a delicious, cholesterol-free mayo. This is the company that recently stood up to Unilever and is now crafting cookies that can change the world. Fun fact: Josh remembers a day when he was convinced he could sing. Vivienne's company is dedicated to using its profits to free every child from slavery. Fun fact: Vivienne's company started as a lemonade stand at her house.
