One Degree Organic Foods is a pioneer in traceability; it made "knowing your farmers" part of its mission and put a scannable QR code for ingredient tracking on its sprouted grain-based products when it launched back in 2012

At Natural Products Expo East, One Degree debuted products that had been certified free of glyphosate contamination by at third-party certifier called BioChecked. Although its products are certified organic, the company recognizes that consumers are concerned about pesticides and drift issues. Learn more in the video above.
