  • Expo shifts to a Tuesday-Friday schedule, adds The Block Party, and replaces Community Breakfast with a Community Brunch.
  • New pavilions include Conscious Beauty (e.g., topical wellness, women’s health) and Wellness Beverages (functional drinks).
  • With 70,000 visitors and 3,200 exhibitors, it’s the largest natural products event and a top North American trade show

Natural Products Expo West returns to Anaheim, California, March 4-7, promising nearly 70,000 visitors and 3,200 exhibitors joining together for the biggest celebration of the natural and organic products industry on Earth.

And this year, it comes with an especially big twist: No Saturday hours. After many years of Saturdays at Expo West, New Hope decided to start this year's show on Tuesday and end it on Friday.

The revamped schedule moves the beloved Fresh Ideas Organic Marketplace to Tuesday from noon to 5 p.m. The first day of the show will also serve as the launch for a new event called “The Block Party,” with sampling stations, DJs, street performers and more throughout the Grand Plaza and Arena Plaza. Tuesday's offerings will also include a range of educational sessions—more than in the past—that align with some of Tuesday’s events, including Climate Day, Business School and Pitch Slam.

On Wednesday. the show floor begins in all areas of the Anaheim Convention Center, open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday.

Natural Products Expo West 2025 also brings back buyer-only hours, popular and powerful opportunities for buyers and brands to connect before the show floor opens to the rest of the industry’s stakeholders. Buyer-only hours are 9-10 a.m. Thursday on ACC Level 3 and the North Halls; and 9-10 a.m. Friday on ACC Halls A-E and the Arena.

Another 2025 newbie: Community Brunch replaces the long-held Community Breakfast. Brunch is from 8:30-11 a.m. Thursday in the Marriott East Lot Tent.

Next year’s show also showcases a new pavilion, Conscious Beauty, located in the existing Lifestyle pavilion in Hall C. Conscious Beauty revolves around three key areas: topical beauty products, wellness products and women’s health products. Finally, the show features a new Wellness Beverages pavilion, in Hall D, which replaces what used to be called Mindful Beverages. The new pavilion includes functional beverages, including drinks that support energy, relaxation, mental clarity, hydration and more.

From booths of plant-based cheeses and regenerative ashwagandha supplements to business-savvy seminars, convivial networking events, industry dinners and much more, Natural Products Expo West is set to deliver in less than two months. Industry stakeholders around the world already are working hard to get ready for what not only is the largest event for the natural and organic products industry but one of the largest trade shows in North America.

Natural Products Expo West, the leading trade show in the natural, organic and healthy products industry, is open March 4-7 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California. Click through for the agenda, registration, travel information and more. Subscribe here to receive updates.
