Japanese scientists examined the dietary magnesium intakes of 58,615 people. Those who consumed the highest levels significantly reduced their risk of stroke and cardiovascular disease. Load up on pumpkin seeds, spinach, halibut, black beans, and quinoa to pump up your magnesium levels.
