The Regulation on Health Claims that was published earlier this year promises to be the most significant piece of food legislation ever agreed in the European Union. Planning business strategies that will benefit from this change are now widely considered essential elements of good business practice. Such strategic planning will involve evaluating the impact, or potential impact, of the legislation.
This workshop provides answers to the key questions surrounding the impact of the Regulation, and examines how the new legislation will link to other laws relevant to the food and nutrition industry.
