The Natural Products Business School kicked things off on Wednesday. The sold-out event comprised a full day of education for entrepreneurs with mentors and investors.
The year 2015 marked the inauguration of the Natural Products Business School Investment Learning Summit. Ten brands pitched to a room full of investors and an expert panel of judges. If you missed the summit, here's a quick introduction to each of the companies and entrepreneurs that presented and inspired the crowd with their forward-thinking ideas and products.
The following evening, four of those entrepreneurs pitched to a panel of judges as part of the Pitch Slam Competition. Here, the judges deliberate.
Loliware, which developed a cup so biodegradable that it's actually edible, was the winner.
