Fast Company last year named Sam Mogannam, owner of the 1,500-square-foot Bi-Rite Market, one of The 100 Most Creative People in Business 2012 because of his great success at generating thousands of dollars per square foot.

Now he's adding a second San Francisco location expected to open in mid-March. The linked post includes a tour of the store with several pictures and text describing Mogannam's vision for this location.
