Rainbow Light is a national leader in nutritional supplements, with #1 selling natural women's, men's and prenatal multivitamins, enjoying double-digit growth and rapid market expansion. We are seeking Regional Sales Managers for Northeast and Midwest/South Central regions (two positions).
Strong vitamin/supplement and sales management experience is a must for this position in the Natural/Health Food Channel. Bring your expertise in sales team and retail relationship development, business management, focus and passion for selling. Commitment to natural products lifestyle, and supplement knowledge bring credibility and authenticity to retail education responsibilities.
Position manages independent sales and broker representatives to build momentum for natural channel accounts. Travel expectation 50%, to call on key accounts, develop sales representatives, and conduct trainings.
Requirements:
3 years sales management experience in the natural channel, preferably supplement sales
Excellent time management
Ability to identify key areas of opportunities for sales development
Big-picture and "return on investment" orientation
Confidence in presenting, education and small group training venues
Experience in sales management and staff development
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
