The American Egg Board announced it is offering academic institutions and food science professionals the latest version of its instructional Egg Science & Technology Lesson Plan, Volume 2.
Prepared and produced under the supervision of a distinguished editorial board of scientists and educators, the Lesson Plan provides the latest information about eggs and egg products, readily adaptable to food science, technology and/or culinary curriculum.
