Vincent Kitirattragarn is the creator of award-winning Dang Coconut Chips, the first nationally available brand of toasted coconut chips in the U.S. The inspiration for Dang came when Vincent’s mother handed him a recipe that included toasted coconut as an ingredient. Dang, which is his mother's name, aims to expand culinary boundaries by introducing healthy, innovative snacks to American consumers. Vincent holds two Engineering Degrees from Cornell University and currently resides in Oakland, California.
