SupplySide East offers event platform for purposeful industry connections

SupplySide East, the essential East Coast event dedicated to ingredient sourcing, functional nutrition and supplements, is adding an event platform and mobile app as an all-in-one event management tool to discover and deepen connections between attendees and exhibitors.

The trade show is scheduled for April 16-17 at the Meadowlands Convention Center in Secaucus, New Jersey. Registration is still open, but prices increase on Wednesday, April 10.

The matchmaking resource provides brand-new avenues for face-to-face interactions throughout various curated touchpoints on the show floor to fuel connectivity in the ever-growing health and nutrition industry.

The event platform will enable attendees and exhibitors to streamline brand exploration through the use of artificial intelligence-driven matchmaking, leveraging each participant's profile to deliver best-in-class networking experiences. The event platform supports intentional show planning to ensure attendees develop beneficial relationships with exhibitors and advance ingredients and functional foods and beverages.

In addition to technological resources, on-site networking events available at the SupplySide Connect Hub include Accelerating Newcomers in the Industry, designed specifically for first-time participants, and Speed Networking, dynamic icebreaking sessions to connect professionals and enhance opportunities for interaction with peers and industry experts.

The SupplySide Education Theater will also highlight eight sessions focused on topics ranging from animal nutrition and supply chain development to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and formulation. Education sessions on April 16 include The Maxobiome: The business case and science for microbiome ingredients, and The State of Animal Nutrition provides insights for 2024 and beyond.

The session Substantiating Products for Women is designed to assist brands creating or planning to create women’s health products, one of the fastest-growing supplement categories.

Extending the celebration, SupplySide East's Annual Happy Hour is set for April 16 and a Welcome Brunch is scheduled for April 17. New to SupplySide East, the Headshot Lounge takes place on April 16 and 17. All professionals are invited to participate.
