With less than a month before Newtopia Now—Denver’s hottest new CPG trade show for the natural and organic industry—it’s no surprise that it’s crunch time for brands coming to exhibit in the Mile High City.
Designed to complement Natural Products Expo West, Newtopia Now is a boutique event crafted to facilitate deeper connections between brands and buyers. With a more intimate festival-like vibe and a meticulously curated agenda, attendees can anticipate cutting-edge practices and innovation, advanced matchmaking and experiential networking and a range of content tailored for success.

What’s the overall size of the show?
For this inaugural year, we’re targeting 7,000 attendees and 60% buyers.
How can brands participate?
Newtopia Now offers brands numerous options to exhibit and participate in one of our show’s three activation categories: thought leadership, brand awareness and sampling. These activations present unique opportunities for brands to reach beyond their booths, stand in the spotlight and share their compelling stories:
Thought leadership events provide a platform for exhibitors to promote their brand through leadership slots, stage time, product spotlights and guided buyer tours. These events include Stoop Talks (in the Represent neighborhood), Buyer Tours, Stage Takeovers, Dine Arounds and Community Experiences.
Brand awareness selections offer traditional advertising options like press releases, digital signage and onsite graphics and a variety of sponsorship opportunities–perfect for promoting new product launches!
Secondary sampling is available at show events like Tuesday’s Pilates class and Wednesday’s Zen Among the Rocks: Yoga at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater. The show floor also offers product sampling at the tasting bar, Represent Kitchen, Glow Salon and Thrive Cafe.
What types of brands are exhibiting?
Newtopia Now is a blend of emerging and established CPG brands eager for a deeper level of engagement with retailers. Approximately 25% of registered attendees are first-time trade show exhibitors.
All participating brands may choose to exhibit in one of Newtopia Now’s four distinct neighborhoods:

Where can I find a list of retailers attending the show?
A full list of retailers is available on the Newtopia Now website.
This list is updated on a regular basis (last updated on 7/15/24), and it divides buyers into the following categories for quick and easy navigation: Natural, Specialty, Independent Retailers and Mass Market, Big Box Retailers.
What makes this event accessible to early stage brands?
First and foremost, Newtopia Now was created with early stage and emerging brands in mind. Our priority is to foster connections between brands, buyers and investors by offering a variety of opportunities to network and scale a brand’s success. With unique offerings and activations like Conscious Connections matchmaking powered by Beacon Discovery and The Market, speed networking with investors and buyers and a range of community experiences, brands have numerous openings for meaningful conversation and product discovery.
Outside of experiential networking, Newtopia Now offers a range of turnkey opportunities and packages designed to suit your brand’s needs, priorities and budget. In addition to a booth in your preferred neighborhood, exhibitors select an activation to amplify their brand’s exposure. The available options fall into three categories: brand awareness, thought leadership and sampling.

How do I ensure my brand and products are visible to buyers?
The most important step for brands is to upload product details into Beacon Discovery. Once your booth is booked, look out for an email from the Audience Success team (audiencesuccessteam(at)newhope.com). If you’re still experiencing any difficulties, please email our Audience Success team for assistance, and they will guide you through the process.
Make sure to create your free product portal account, powered by SPINS and Pinto. Upon product approval, your products will be displayed on the Beacon Discovery platform and inform your matchmaking recommendation through Conscious Connections.

In addition to Conscious Connections matchmaking powered by Beacon Discovery, every exhibitor will have one product featured in The Market. Newtopia Now’s Market is our interpretation of the next-generation trade show experience, and it’s designed to provide contextual show navigation for buyers. The Market is available for exhibiting companies to showcase their flagship item.
Each product will have two QR codes–one that directs scanners to the product profile on Beacon Discovery and a second code that leads to the profile page on the Newtopia Now event platform. This allows buyers to easily identify the brand’s location on the show floor and other Newtopia Now activations the brand is participating in.

Conscious Connections (1:1 Matchmaking)
To meet your Conscious Connections match, log in to the Newtopia Now event app–now live! Explore the event platform and find your match based on your profile, interests and product details in Beacon Discovery. Click on your ideal CPG buyer match, and create a message to connect. Once connected, set up a meeting in the Conscious Connections Lounge at your convenience.
Please note: the matchmaking process features a double opt-in. Brands and retailers may decline any matches that either don’t meet their criteria or that aren’t a fit.

What do the booths and tabletop setups look like?
The tabletop option is 6’ wide and features a white-skirted countertop with plenty of display space. Exhibitors are welcome to overlay a branded tablecloth over the one provided.
Booths feature a 1M counter and white fabric backwalls that print beautifully. Exhibitors may also bring their own freestanding backwalls. For additional information about shelving or refrigeration, exhibitors access the exhibitor service kit through GES.
What is the Lead Retrieval / Badge Scanner?
Keep track of event connections with the Lead Retrieval App and Badge Scanners. By scanning the QR codes located on event badges, brands compiles a list of contacts and their profile information (job title, company type, etc.).
