The inaugural, unique event is scheduled for August 25-28 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.

Carla Hall is an Emmy Award-winning American chef, author and television personality best known for her appearances on Bravo’s “Top Chef.” After she made her debut on “Top Chef,” Hall served as co-host of ABC’s “The Chew” for almost a decade, where she provided valuable insights on food and lifestyle topics. She has continued her hosting journey on various TV shows, including the most recent 2024 series, “Chasing Flavor” on Max, which she also executive produced.
Aside from her popularity on TV, Hall has also made an impact as an avid advocate for women’s health. After battling breast cancer at Orlando Health Cancer Institute, she became involved with the center’s Women Playing for T.I.M.E. (Technology, Immediate Diagnosis, Mammography and Education) program, which aims to raise critical funds to support breast cancer care.
She has also been vocal about her encounters with menopause, as she celebrated her 60th birthday this year, telling People Magazine about her “cocktail of treatments” to help combat symptoms, including hormone replacement therapy, collagen and magnesium. She also places a large focus on her health—partaking in regular workouts and eating a nutritious diet—to keep her going for decades to come.
Hall will delve into her storied career as a chef, author and health advocate in this engaging discussion.
