So simple, so yummy and luckily for all of us, these bags of crisps contain just 1 gram of carbs and 9 grams of protein because chances are, once the bag is open, it likely will be emptied. Ketogenic-diet friendly and gluten free, they’re made with 100% aged parmesan cheese, real onion and baked with sour cream. That’s it. Simply delicious. SRP: $3.99; Booth 1813
Your kids will be hard pressed to tell the difference between a cheese puff and these cauliflower stalks, which are shaped like hollow tubes. Made with cassava flour and real cauliflower, you can feel good about putting these puffs in a lunchbox or out on the snack table. Choose from cheddar or sea salt flavors. SRP: $3.99; Booth 1808
A cross between popcorn and a cheese puff in texture, Hopapops are popped lily seeds. Hailing from northern India, they are also commonly referred to as makhana, lotus seeds and fox nuts. No matter what you call them, they are naturally rich in antioxidants, protein, vitamins and minerals and fiber. We recommend starting with Himalayan Salt before branching out. SRP: $3.99–$4.29; Booth 8910
Chorizo, maple pineapple pork and hatch chile turkey are just a few of the new meat stick offerings from Country Archer. Sweetened with dates and made with 100% grass-fed beef and antibiotic- and hormone-free pork and turkey, these snack-ready sticks are made to be keto- or paleo-diet friendly. All of this means every bite is simply flavorful clean protein. SRP: $1.99; Booth 446
Who says all jerky has to be meat based? Definitely not Rhythm Superfoods with its watermelon slices, which is basically a form of fruit jerky. And no, it’s not fruit leather. It’s watermelon slices that have been gently dehydrated to maintain their rich nutritional value, which includes B vitamins, lycopene, potassium, magnesium, zinc and selenium to name just a few. SRP: $3.99; Booth 1106
It might be difficult to imagine a grain-free pretzel, but no one would ever guess these yummy bites are plant-based—made from cassava flour—gluten free, dairy free, corn free, soy free and non-GMO. Seems like the only thing they’re not free from is flavor. SRP: $3.99, Booth 2011

Who doesn’t love a snack? Clearly we all do as the numbers in this category continue to grow.
Natural products offerings exploded in every direction just when we were all beginning to think a chip is a chip and get a bit bored. From dried cheese to meats to fruits and veggies, everything is fair game to be turned into a snack. Consumers want their natural snacks to be clean and resemble the real thing if possible. Hence, beets, carrots, mushrooms, cauliflower and garbanzo beans are all present in the newest round of products. The same goes for fruits, from watermelon jerky to plantain chips, potato chips are beginning to be outnumbered by the latest healthy offerings. Yet all is not lost for chips, tortillas have found new traction with grain free as cassava flour continues to be the ingredient dujour for satisfying allergen-free demands.
While everyone loves a snack, these days there truly is something for every customer.
