The product has a mild nutty taste and is white in color. This protein powder is 100% natural and is also available in a certified organic version. Hemp protein powder is an ideal supplement for athletic vegetarians and vegans, and it can also be incorporated into many delicious recipes.
Finland-based company Solar Foods has found a way to produce a completely new type of nutrient-rich protein. Special bacteria can form protein from the air and electricity produced by renewable energy sources. This protein could redefine the basis of food and feed production because it can be produced independently of agricultural land, weather or climate. The company's goal is to start commercial production of this protein in 2021.
SWARM Nutrition, a start-up company based in Cologne, Germany, combines sports nutrition with high-quality and sustainable protein from insects. The SWARM Insect Bar ideally suits the needs of athletes who need functional sports nutrition while pursuing a sustainable lifestyle. It is made of all-natural ingredients and has high value insect protein, as well as lots of micronutrients.
