Whole Foods Market, UNFI extend partnership into 2025

United Natural Foods on Monday said it has reached agreement to extend its wholesale distribution agreement with Whole Foods Market by five years to Sept. 25, 2025. The prior agreement was to have expired in September 2020.

The companies did not reveal additional details of the deal.

Whole Foods, based in Austin, Texas, is UNFI's largest single retail customer, accounting for the majority of its "supernatural" sales segment accounting for one-third of UNFI's total revenues. UNFI is based in Providence, R.I.
