Loliware wins Natural Products Business School Pitch Slam at Expo West 2015

The 2015 Natural Products Expo West Pitch Slam Competition took place Thursday, March 5 and was an exciting culmination to the Natural Products Investment Learning Summit. Pitch Slam attendees heard from Loliware, Yumbutter, Bandar Foods and Community Seafood, and while everyone had fantastic presentations and intriguing product pitches, Loliware biodegr(edible) cups came out on top, winning a generous prize package of goods and services.

Loliware cups are biodegradable, vegan and edible. Once the contents are gone, each cup can be eaten (yes eaten!) or composted. Since the product is delicious and extremely versatile, we may soon be able to say goodbye to plastic cups forever.

Here, co-founders Chelsea Briganti and Leigh Ann Tucker share what's next for the company and how they think Loliware will change the world.
