As the president and CEO of Rudi's Organic Bakery, which announced on April 28 that it is being acquired by The Hain Celestial Group for $61.3 million, Jane Miller has some deep and valuable management experience as one of the top women CEOs in the natural products industry.

As someone who’s held other executive roles within even larger consumer packaged goods companies, Miller also knows what it’s like to be a pioneering female leader in a male-dominated world, as she shares in this video for her soon-to-be-published book, Sleep Your Way to the Top (and Other Myths About Business Success).
