The Paleo diet has a lot going for it. It's backed by doctors, promotes whole foods and is supported by the increasingly popular workout regimen CrossFit. A few new brands are taking a gamble that those attributes will ensure their brand a win with consumers hunting for convenient Paleo options. A handful of Paleo-specific snacks popped up for the first time on the show floor. Established brands  adopted messaging to speak to Paleo consumers. Is this a sign of more to come? I hate to say it but, I'm already looking forward to Expo West in March.
