Following the yellow light: Why caution is a good thing on the Expo West floor


There has been a lot of excitement about how microbiome research and "self-quantification" technology might impact the nutrition industry but it's a subject that should be approached with caution. NBJ Editor Rick Polito saw companies rightly stepping on the brakes at Expo West.
